Indoor Golf Simulator Hold Harmless Agreement

1. Assumption of Risk - I understand that using the indoor golf simulator involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries from errant shots, contact with equipment, slips, and falls. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with its use.

2. Release of Liability - I release and discharge Cornhole Craze LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my use of the indoor golf simulator, including those resulting from negligence.

3. Indemnification - I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) related to my use of the simulator.

4. Rules & Safety Compliance - I will follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Cornhole Craze LLC.

5. Medical Treatment Authorization - In case of injury, I authorize Cornhole Craze LLC to seek medical treatment on my behalf and accept responsibility for any related costs.

6. Legal Agreement - I acknowledge that this agreement is legally binding and governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
